Hard Core Classes

 If you have done Pilates before (and are injury-free) and feel you need to work a bit harder and stronger, why not try one of our Advanced classes? 
 Check out the timetable to see when and where these classes are located in St Albans. Most people bring weights, we do more repetitions per set and we move quickly between exercises.
